The Role
You will:
- Lead and oversee clinical care in clients’ homes
- Set and maintain high standards aligned with HSE & HIQA
- Train, assess, and support Home Support Workers
- Drive quality through care planning, audits, and follow‑ups
- Act as a trusted clinical lead for families and professionals
This role reports to the CEO/COO and plays a key role in shaping how we deliver care.
What You’ll Need
- Registered General Nurse (NMBI)
- Clinical experience with older persons or community care (ideal)
- Strong leadership and quality mindset
- Full Irish driving licence and access to a vehicle
